I am a wife, mom to 3 boys, and dog mom to one very handsome German Shepherd. I have had 1 hospital Medicaid birth, and 2 unmedicated home births in which my doula was an invaluable resource. I went to school for elementary education and was a career nanny for 12 years offering child and newborn care. This is where I started to fall in love with helping moms carry the load of motherhood and that transitional time I know as the 4th trimester. I started supporting moms with breastfeeding through La Leche League as a leader and then became a Lactation Counselor with WIC in 2023. My passion for supporting moms has continued to grow and I started midwifery school in March of 2024. In April of 2024 i completed the birth assistance training and have started to support moms in hospital, birth center and home birth settings. 

In my limited free time I like to do activities with my boys, have a fancy date with my husband, or just cuddle up on the couch with a good Fantasy novel.
