Includes an initial consult 30 mins- this is where we’ll see if we connect. Birth is intimate and it’s important to have a good connection with your doula. Very brief discussion about where you’ll deliver and when you’re due. 

Prenatals- 1 hour appointments at 30 and 37 weeks where we discuss your wants, needs, develop a birth plan 

Birth support: on call starting at 37 week( will do my best to attend any births that happen before then also) 

1 postpartum follow up- can include lactation specific help
